The project was conducted and completed as required for the Sustainability 2 project, a collaborative effort done with fellow Sheridan College Alum, Emily Playter and Riya Mistry. The project is expected to complete the design and research for the first floor of a sustainable Shelter/Resource Centre to the expected standards of LEED and WELL Building quality. We decidedly split the necessary tasks for the assignment between the 3 of us; Emily designed the main elements of the floor plan, as well as the final presentation poster, While Riya conducted the majority of the mandatory research on both our building materials/finishes and LEED criterion, leaving the research of the various WELL merits found throughout the space and the final 3D renderings for the building. All renderings were completed using Revit.
